What a Bathroom Remodel Covers

Most of a bathroom sits behind the finished surfaces. This is the scope we agree before anything is tiled over.

  • Layout and Access

Whether a walk-in shower, tub or double vanity fits the room, and what has to move for the layout to work day to day.

  • Shower and Tub

The pan, waterproofing, tile and glass, plus the drain, valve and mixing work that sits behind the finished wall.

  • Vanity and Storage

Vanity sizing and placement, mirror and outlet positions, and the storage the room can genuinely take without feeling crowded.

  • Plumbing and Ventilation

Supply and drain lines, toilet placement and an exhaust fan that vents outside, not into the attic.

  • Flooring, Tile and Walls

Floor and wall tile, the membrane behind the wet areas, and the patching and painting that follows the rough work.

  • Fixtures and Finishes

Faucets, lighting, mirror, hardware and paint — chosen to suit the layout and the way the room is actually used.

Showers, vanities and tile to help you picture what's possible — the kind of bathroom work we take on around Dallas and Plano.

Bathroom Remodeling Questions

Yes. It means reworking the drain and valve positions behind the wall, so it's part of the scope rather than a swap at the end.

Every wet area gets a waterproof membrane behind the tile, installed before anything is tiled over. It's the part of the job you can't check afterwards, so it isn't the part we shorten.

If you want them replaced, yes. If they're staying, we protect and reinstall them, and the proposal will say which fixtures are being kept and which are new.

Usually at least one bathroom should stay usable. If yours is the only one, tell us up front and we'll sequence the work around the days it has to be out of commission.

Yes. A bathroom needs ventilation that runs outside the building, not into the attic, and we check what's there when we scope the room so it isn't left as an afterthought.
