What a Kitchen Remodel Covers

A kitchen touches more trades than any other room in the house. These are the parts we scope together, so nothing gets discovered after the cabinets are ordered.

  • Layout and Planning

Where the sink, range and refrigerator sit relative to each other, and whether a wall, doorway or peninsula needs to move for the room to work.

  • Cabinets and Storage

Refacing, refitting or replacing cabinet boxes, plus drawer and pantry storage sized to what you actually keep in the kitchen.

  • Countertops and Surfaces

Counter selection and installation, including templating so seams, overhangs and the sink cut-out land where they should.

  • Plumbing and Electrical

Sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher connections, plus outlet, lighting and venting work, coordinated with the trades the job needs.

  • Flooring, Tile and Walls

Floor replacement, backsplash and wall tile, and the patching and painting that follows the rough work.

  • Appliances and Finishes

Fitting the appliances you have or have chosen, then the trim, hardware and paint that finish the room.

Layouts, cabinetry and finishes to help you picture what's possible — the kind of kitchen work we plan and build across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Kitchen Remodeling Questions

Often yes. Many kitchens improve a great deal without moving plumbing or walls — new cabinets, surfaces, lighting and flooring in the same footprint. If the layout is the real problem, we'll tell you what moving it involves and what that adds.

Yes. Some clients buy their own appliances, tile or hardware; others want us to source everything. Either works, and the proposal will say which parts are being supplied by whom.

Some of the time. There will be stretches when the sink, range or counters are out of action. We'll tell you which days those are so you can plan around them.

Yes. The plumbing, electrical and any venting a kitchen needs are part of the job and coordinated by us, not left for you to arrange separately and fit around the crews.

Roughly what you want to change, the area you're in, and a sense of your budget for the room. A site visit follows, and the proposal sets the scope out in writing.
